Relationship Coaching for Women
Healing Relationships From the Inside Out
I help women who do everything for their relationship feel loved, cared for, secure, and like they matter again, without waiting for him to change or years of couples therapy.
If you are looking for relationship coaching for women, chances are you have been trying for a long time. You pick your words carefully and watch your tone of voice. You wait for a good moment to bring something up. Meanwhile, you are the one remembering the birthdays, the appointments, and what everyone needs before they ask. And still, the same conversation ends up in the same place.
None of that means you are asking for too much. It means the care in your relationship has been flowing mostly one way for a while, and part of you is worn out. “I love him. I’m just so tired.” If that sounds like something you have said to yourself, you are in the right place.
This is where the care starts flowing back toward you, too. We begin wherever you are, at a pace that feels right for you, and you do not have to figure this out by yourself.
Not Sure Where to Start? Take the Free Relationship Needs Quiz
You do not need to know what you need before we begin. That is what the quiz is for.
If you are always the one trying, and nothing really changes no matter how many times you do, the free Relationship Needs Quiz is a good place to start. In a few minutes, it can help you find out what is actually going on.
You will discover your Deepest Sovereign Relationship Need, the one that matters most to you right now, and your Shadow Need, the part of you that tends to take over when you are stretched thin, like pulling back or going along to keep the peace. Your results come with a short series of audio messages from me, so you are not left wondering what to do with what you learn.
It is not another communication tip. It is what sits underneath all the tips you have already tried.
Relationship Coaching for Women, Starting With Small Private Steps
Now What? $27
You took the quiz and read your results. Now you are wondering what to actually do with them.
Now What? is your first private step. It helps you understand what keeps showing up in your relationship, why it is there, and what it means for the two of you.
This is the step I wish every woman I have ever worked with had access to right after taking the quiz.
No partner required. Just you, finally understanding what has really been going on.
Still Trying? $47
Something is starting to make sense. You can see what keeps happening.
But you are still in it, still trying to make things better, and still wondering how to say what you need without the evening turning into an argument or him shutting down.
Still Trying is a personal guide with practical ways to share your needs without conflict, without shutdown, and without losing yourself in the process.
This is where understanding becomes something you can actually use, in real conversations, on the nights it matters most.
Let’s Figure This Out Together $149
Sometimes what helps most is not another resource. It is a real conversation with someone who already understands what you have been dealing with.
This is a private 45-minute session with me. We walk through your Deepest Sovereign Relationship Need and your Shadow Need, what they mean for your relationship right now, and what your most helpful next step looks like.
You leave with words for what you have been feeling and a next step that makes sense for you. Most of all, you will feel heard.
Just You and Me, a Free Consult
If you are not sure any of this is for you yet, we can just talk. It is a free conversation, just you and me, about what has been happening in your relationship and what you have been longing for.
He does not have to be part of it, and you do not need to have anything figured out first.
You are allowed to want support now, even if nothing is falling apart. You do not have to wait for a big fight or a breaking point to talk to someone.
Relationship Coaching for Women and Couples Ready to Go Deeper
When you are ready for more than a personal guide or a single session, there is deeper, private work. All of it starts with emotional safety in a relationship: you feeling safe enough to say what is true, and the two of you being able to talk without one of you shutting down. That is the heart of my Emotional Safety First Method, and it shapes every session. We go at your pace, and nobody gets blamed, including him.
Track A: Finding Your Way Back $1497
This is for you if you are still in your relationship and still trying. You have read the books and finished the personal guides, and things keep snapping back to the way they were.
Track A is a private relationship coaching program just for you: six 1:1 sessions with me, one a week, with support between sessions.
We work on what you need, how to say it so it is heard, and what changes when you start feeling like you matter in your own relationship. He does not have to take part.
You can begin right from the Track A page. If you’d rather ask your questions first and see whether it feels right, we can talk, just you and me.
Track B: Healing What Hurt Us $2497
This is for you if something has broken trust between you: an affair, a betrayal, or a hurt that neither of you knows how to talk about anymore.
Track B is relationship coaching for couples who want to heal from what happened. We start by rebuilding enough safety that you can both talk about it without the conversation turning into another fight.
It unfolds across eight private 45-minute sessions with me. First I meet with each of you on your own. Then we come together, check in with each of you again, and finish with two joint sessions where we build your repair plan for what comes next. You each get your own Relationship Needs Profile, practices for rebuilding trust, and support between sessions.
By Invitation Only: Marriage Renewal Immersive – from $6,500
For couples who feel far apart, who keep having the same argument, or who are not sure where they stand anymore.
The Marriage Renewal Immersive is a private, in-depth experience built for two. It is not couples therapy. It is something more specific than that.
Most of the hurt in a relationship is not about what actually happened. It is about what each of you made it mean, and where you each learned to make that meaning. I am right there with you both in real time, catching the moments when one of you says something and the other hears something completely different. Then I help each of you trace that back to where it started, so you can choose differently.
It happens in three parts:
- First, you each take two short assessments and have a private 60-minute session with me on your own.
- Then we spend two days together online, four to five hours each day: the first day is about understanding what has been happening between you, and the second is about rebuilding.
- Afterward, you have up to 8 weeks of follow-up, with couples sessions, individual sessions as needed, and a shared Voxer thread with me on set days, so what changes during those two days shows up at home, too.
You both leave with a clear picture of what has been happening between you and a shared renewal plan. And if the two of you decide your paths are separate, you get support to part with care and respect.
This is offered by invitation only, after a private conversation with me to make sure it is right for where you both are. Payment plans are available, and in-person sessions are possible as an upgrade.

Questions Women Ask About Relationship Coaching
What is relationship coaching?
Relationship coaching is private, one-on-one time to talk about what is really happening in your relationship, like the argument that keeps coming back or the moment he shut down last week, and what you wish you felt instead. It is not homework or someone checking whether you hit your goals. Each session starts with whatever is on your mind that day. Together we find the need underneath it, and you leave knowing what you need and how to say it. You may also leave feeling lighter, not just clearer. I have a Ph.D. and am licensed and credentialed as a Master Relationship Coach through the Relationship Coaching Institute.
How is relationship coaching for women different from couples therapy?
Couples therapy usually needs both of you in the room, often for months or years. Relationship coaching for women starts with you: what you need, what keeps happening, and what you have been longing to feel. Nothing gets diagnosed or labeled. We look at what is happening between you two right now and what could feel different, without waiting for him to change.
